Julio Maldonado 'Maldini', a well known TV-journalist here in Spain, said that he could go to Barça this coming summer.

Let us hope he's wrong and that he stays at least one more year with us!

Filipe seems to have a buy-out clause of €20 million.

I can't wait for our next game versus Sevilla. If Filipe plays well against Navas, his market value will sky rocket after Navas 'murdered' Marcelo last weekend. No doubt RM will be keeping a very close eye on how he gets on in that game.

Anyway in my opinion Filipe's defensive skills are better than last year. It has a great part in the really good stats of our defensive line. And I think he still has a lot to learn, he can improve...

It'll be interesting to see Brazils upcoming game, with them already through to the WC I think he shold get his chance. If he does good, the door is wide open, especially after Marcelos display this weekend.

Marcelo has proven to be out of his depth at Real, and has had some poor performances. However Real's current formation really doesn't help him out! He was left 2 on 1 for much of the Sevilla game.

Filipe is a much better all-round player in my opinion and we would do well to keep him for another 2 years.
