With the change of the government, our sponsor Samsonenko lost many business that he had with the previous government. So, he stopped sponsoring our female club (we played five times in a row in the CL final 4, with two one goal difference loss in the finals), he is trying to sell the football club (it seems the our city council will take the lead of the team once again) and our famous handball club sold most of the players and got buget decrease for this season (still, it seems he will continue sponsoring the male HC).

The situation in the football club is awfull and it last from the previous season. We sold/fixed/lost almost everything in the second halfseason.
We released most of the best players and also the current players wait for their sallaries for the 4-5 previous months. Samsonenko used the money from the CL groups to cover some debts in his other companies (in the bussines of Civil engineering).

It was good while it lasted, but the bad days are back...

Just a bit of trivia. Currently the top five English Leagues are headed by a team beginning with the letter L. They are Liverpool, Leeds United, Luton Town, Lincoln City and Leyton Orient. There are only six sides in these divisions beginning with this letter. The other team is Leicester City.
