Hi and welcome
well this theme was answered in another topic but, I cannot find it right now
The rivalry between Deportivo and Celta is very well know in Spain and right now is the main in Galicia. The fans of Celta begun to call "turcos" to the supportes of Depor, it was supposed to be a "insult" related to the position of Galicia in the map, the true is that the Depor's fans were happy with that nickname and they take it with proud and honor. That's why you see flags of Turkey at the Riazor.

I have a lot of friends from Azerbaijan (Turkey's neighbourhood) who ask me abt Turkish flag. I've found the answer thanx to this site at "guestbook". But I don't support Depor just due to that flag, I'm Molina's biggest fan & gonna support Depor as long as Jose stays here
Forza Depor!

A short vid (40 sec) from Depor-Celta this season. Our supporters use to show a lot of turkish flags those matches...

What a shame, the Turkish tv came at Riazor to shot the doc, and Deportivo lost to Valladolid

Btw, that seems intersting, too bad there are no subtitles
