I just read one of these stupid Top 10 lists over the richest football club owners in the world, and Amancio Ortega topped the list. I have seen this before, and I started to do a little research, and I can find some websites listing him as the owner of depor. Of course I know him, and he should be a big fan of depor, but as far as I understand, he is not involved in the club (Except for the rumors that he made sure we didn't go bankcrupt a few years ago). Anyone knows more??

You're right, it's exactly as you are saying, not involved in the club, as far as we know.

well, I know a story, when a wealth-estimater firm listed Depor as his asset (sole-owned) with 80 million USD value. of course Ortega can be a co-owner of Depor as every other socio from the 23.000. his stake in the club is around 500 EUR.

if we are at this theme, Xosé: what about Manuel Jove Capellan or Manuel Anon Rey putting some money into the club?

By far the most disappointing thing for me this campaign has once again been the lack of youngsters coming through the ranks. Especially when you look at the performances of Jonas, Riera etc. surely there has got to be a few prospects amongst our vast squads that could have been given some opportunities.

hmmm... you are right partially.. Cardoso looked a good prospect and we have loaned him to be more mature and get some more experience.. in Fabril, many of the players who are doing well are new arrivals.. Otero, Pol Calvet, Corredera all came in this season and Oscar Garcia got a call up to the first team last week.. I hope he can at least make his debut this season..

This is so sad. The players are not showing any heart at all.

From all the news that has been coming out of the players and manager I think we can gather why we were so poor after Christmas!!
