He's the best tactical analyst on Sky Sports. That wouldn't be too hard, but he really has impressed me and that is difficult.
How he'll fare as a man-manager will be interesting.

Unbelievable! I'm listening on the radio that Real Madrid could be eliminated of the Copa because they are playing with Cheryshev, and this player was suspended from last season with 1 Copa match when he played with Villarreal.

If this is confirmed, I wouldn't like to be in Rafa Benítez place...

Now all we need is for Barca to draw ATM and Valencia to draw Sevilla

Surely this is someone else's responsibility and not the managers.

Completely agree that it's not Rafa's responsibility, but considering his delicate situation, this is not going to help him... He wasn't very popular so far, and after this problem, I can imagine all the media and fans (even Florentino) blaming him for that.

This afternoon, as it was logical and expected, the Competition Committee decided that Real Madrid are out of the Copa del Rey 2015/16 for fielding ineligible player. The judge was also quite hard in his answer with the attitude shown by the madrilian club in this case
http://www.marca.com/en/2015/12/04/e...449264426.html

This has been a huge and shameful world ridiculous by Real Madrid, but the worst of all, IMO, it's not the mistake (that can happen to anyone) but it's the pathetic attitude of the club after the error: instead of recognizing their mistake and apollogizing to the fans (as any club should do) they preferred to protest, complain, and blame everyone else: Oh, we didn't know, the player didn't know, nobody told us he couldn't play, Villareal didn't tell us anything, nobody sent a personal notification to the player, we didn't receive any comunication from the Federation, and bla, bla, bla...

Those were the amazing arguments that the so-called biggest and richest club of the world presented, led by businessman millionaire Florentino Pérez. Even that the sanctions are posted public and online on the Federation's website, where any player, club or person can check. Even that in the summer, before all competitions start, a complete list with all the banned players for Liga and Copa from all teams was sent to all Primera, Segunda and Segunda B clubs via fax. But maybe Florentino didn't receive it because the fax machine just didn't work. I wonder if it was the same fax machine they used for De Gea's transfer as well, surely yes.

Furthermore, it was a retired referee from Viveiro (Lugo) the one who sent a message to a radio reporter who, after confirming it, gave the news live on air during the match and started everything. That person, an ex-referee, who currently works with stats for some modest teams, had been all day desperately trying to contact Real Madrid to warn them abot the Cheryshev 1 match sanction. He made several phone calls, and even sent a FAX to Real Madrid CF warning them, but had no answer.

Definitely Florentino should burn that damn fax machine.

Om paper, one of the best draws we could have got.
Was the draw also made for the other rounds to the Final?
If we take this competition seriously, I think we can give it a damn good rattle.

The draw couldn't have worked out much better for us.

Barcelona v Espanyol
Valencia v Granada
Mirandes v Deportivo La Coruna
Cadiz v Celta Vigo
Real Betis v Sevilla
Villarreal v Athletic Bilbao
Eibar v Las Palmas
Rayo Vallecano v Atletico Madrid

Great draw and a real chance for us to progress deep into the competition.
