World Football For other football that's not related to Depor. For example: the Primera División, Segunda División A, Segunda División B, the Champions League, EURO 2008, the World Cup 2010, Italy, England, Germany, Turkey etc. |

Almeria are doing good so far, so why to change the coach early like this?! it is just because they have stupid owner called Turki Al-Sheikh, well known in our region for his arrogance and stupidity.

Yes, and maybe no. They are second in Segunda, so yes it's strange to change coach. On the other hand: they had one win in at least 5 last games if not more, so perhaps the owner isn't going to wait until they drop away. I have no clue about Almeria's team, players and ambitions; perhaps it's true that those group of players should be capable of better things - or maybe not. Getting a big name (Guti) is possibly part of something bigger (brand building) In short: I shouldn't be even discussing this as i know nothing ![]() |

Nice to have the local info, thanx ![]() I had read a few weeks back, that they aimed to built a project to challenge Barca and Madrid in the future and such things... Malaga also challenged them, now they don't know whether they finish this season or not. |

![]() Our friends at the bottom of the table so far this weekend:
Extremadura away draw at Albacete. Racing was winning Fuenla 2-0, they left with 10 men conceded 2 late goals. Oviedo impressive 1-3 win at Alcorcon, second win a row. Malaga won Tenerife (well at least Tenerife lost ![]() No pressure guys, we're doomed. |
