It's easy to seperate footballing skills from character and personality too. Man Utd have a very good footballing team and although I appreciate good football, I don't like Man Utd.

I don't like them because they are arrogant and they seem to think they should have a divine right to pick up the win just by turning up.

They get decisions which other clubs do not get (like Real Madrid in la liga), they surround referees more than other teams to in order to intimidate them and most of the time they will not accept that they were beaten by the better team on the day. (Most recent example is Porto)

You also seem to think that all English clubs are rich which is ridiculous when you consider all the publicity around Leeds FC's debts. There is a huge divide in English football. It is true that the top few clubs in England may be very rich but there are many more of the 20 who can't afford to spend money on players because they don't have any.

you know something man u's fergie was about to be sacked if he didnt win any trophy that year...they werent rich then....they were like portsmouth..this was in 89...ever since whatever has been done is by fergie...Real madrid havent won as many in that time....so all the wealth that man u has got is fair and square..but RM even if they dont win anything they seem to be buying one new guy evey year...similarly barca....man u sold players when they bought new ones...when cole and yorke were sold nistel was bought...forlan was bought and they won...when sheringham sold silvestre bought etc etc....So what I meant was depor won their la liga in 2000...it could be a good long decade for us also...it all starts at the turn of a decade...not many ppl could even think about it...yet they compare bananas and chairs...it shows how much ppl know about other clubs which rose from crap...

AS FOR LIVERPOOL THEY PLAY THE MOST DEFENSIVE SOCCER IN THE HISTROY OF EPL...only kewell is decent!!!

Sorry in 90 they won the FA cup ever since EPL has been theirs...not a long time ago though...till 99 they played the best soccer to my knowledge RM was crap then...but liga was improving...now I can quite comfortably say liga is the best around cos more than one club play attacking soccer
