![]() I'm worried about us tbh. There is absolutely no offensive game plan with this Depor. Funnily, I thought we retained possession well in the first 30 minutes and if Valeron and Adrian had been on the pitch at that time, I feel we would have scored at least once to give us an away goal to take back to the Riazor.
The question remains, "how serious is Lotina about the Copa?" That could have been a factor, but I doubt it. If he does dismiss Copa, why not play with more Fabril players like he did the last 2 seasons? Some players (Desma, Ze Castro and Alvarez) gave close to 100% of their ability last night, but nobody else can hold their head up high. No-one. But, before we forget, this happens every January. We are sailing through the tempest calendar right now and towards the end of February the sun will begin to shine once again. In the short term, the attitude of this coach and these players (doing only enough to survive in Primera) has to change dramatically. |

![]() For a no Depor fan, watching the likes of Rindaroy and Desma, watching the moves of P.Alvarez trying to dribble is ridiculously laughable...
For a Depor fan, its annoying..a real punishment. EDIT:as for Lotina part I am only quoting my self, from Athletic-Depor thread: Quote:

![]() dreadful game for sure.
But I'm a little surprised that Desma get's so much criticism, I thought it was one of the least terrible performances yesterday - at least he seemed to try. His abilities might be limited, but trying is better than nothing...

![]() In my opinion we weren't THAT bad. We rested nine regular players in the eleven and luckily we just got away with a 1-0 defeat. If we would have had some luck at Lassads shot in the post it probably would have ended 1-1 and everyone would have been happy. Then we would have a great shot at getting to the semifinals. Now we still have a good shot, but not great.
Oh and by the way, if we make it to the semifinals will we play in Europe no matter what? Since Barcelona, Real Madrid and Villarreal/Sevilla will take one of the European spots in the league. Or doesn't semifinals count? |
