Now the judge must ratify the deal (the Treasury appealed the delegation of the votes by the AFE).
The judge has 2 weeks to ratify the deal or order a new meeting.

Carlos, the article mentions the possibility of liquidation. What are the chances of this happening? I suppose the Tax Agency could send a warning shot to all other clubs by forcing Depor out of existence, but it's unlikely, right?

The chances of liquidation are small in IMO
Many people are scared, but for what La Voz writes. If you ask me the key is to hold on at Primera for at least 10 of the next 17 years.

following the plans we would be debt-free by then, yes. but there are no debt-free football clubs. so reducing the debts to 50M EUR and existing in primera in 2031 would be a huge achievement for me. of course an investor could change anything.
winning a league is not possible anymore for our calibre of clubs in Spain.

By 2031 the European Super League will be the biggest sports competition in the universe.
Clubs of the calibre of Depor will be challenging in a far more equal league than now for the right to enter the following seasons Trans-European cup, with the winners being promoted to the European Super League.
Depor will have to content themselves with games against weakened Madrid and Barca teams in current Spanish cup.

yeah, the European Super League is very much imaginable. But the far more equal Spanish league (without Barca and RMCF) would lose a lot of money, interest, spectators. Imagine that Depor hosts Alcorcon instead of RMCF and Girona instead of FCB, who cares about them? Neither the media, nor the non-die-hard fans. Just check out the home-attendance nrs. in the Scottish League since Rangers is down in the hell. Not to mention, that winning such an equal league would always give a back-thought, that OK, but the giants were not here.

Yeah, but that's actually the end game, isn't it? All these Globalization schemes are pretty much seeking one thing only: the total loss of national identity. Its all about power and control.

Radio Marca & Radio Cope Coruña inform that the judge has accepted the creditors' deal signed in January. It would mean Depor are out of administration.

A good news have been waiting for can someone post something about this great news.
