It's clearly in the rules, a team demoted ends the season with zero points and as the last place at the standings, so we are moving one place up and will be saved as soon as the Competition Committee or any other higher instance validates the report.
What you read is just a lie of the papers that are related to Tebas trying to attack Deportivo.
About chances of staying at Segunda, I believe 90%. The report is so brutal that it will need a very convincing reason to reject it, and if the Competition Committee says no, you have the Appeal Committee.
The problem is that it will take a long time, and with next season around the corner, the best solution is to have 24 teams and later the judges will say if Fuenlabrada deserves the demoton or not.
